What is your MOQ?
We support flexible MOQ for different cutlery styles.
Solid flatware (silver matte/mirror): Low MOQ, stock orders are available for small trial
orders. Custom logo bulk orders start from 500 pcs/set.
Colored plated flatware (gold/black/rose gold): Vacuum plating products require a
minimum order of 1000 sets per color to guarantee stable plating quality and color
consistency.
Handled flatware: Due to special handle material splicing and manual assembly, MOQ
starts from 800 sets per style.
We accept mixed container orders for different items to help customers meet MOQ easily
Will the colored cutlery fade? What is your quality warranty？
No fading under daily normal use. All our colored flatware adopts high-temperature
vacuum titanium plating technology, not ordinary spray paint.
Warranty policy:
•Under normal household and hotel daily use (hand washing & standard dishwasher
washing), we provide 2 years color fading warranty.
•Long-term high-temperature boiling, strong acid-base detergent, or abrasive
scrubbing will cause gradual color wear, which is not included in the warranty range.
•If obvious mass fading problem occurs within the warranty period, we support free re
production or compensation.
All plating materials are food-grade safe and pass LFGB/FDA food contact tests.
Can I get samples? What is the sample cost & lead time?
Yes, we support sample testing before bulk order.
Sample fee: Stock samples can be provided at a low sample cost. Custom logo or custom
color samples will charge a reasonable mold & processing fee, which can be partially
refunded after bulk order confirmation.
Sample lead time: 1‒3 working days for stock samples; 5‒7 working days for customized
samples.
Sample shipping: Customers bear the express freight (DHL/UPS/FedEx). We can provide
official freight discount.
What shipping port do you use for FOB orders？
Our main FOB ports are FOB Guangzhou / FOB Shenzhen.
We also support FOB Ningbo, FOB Shanghai and CIF/CFR destination port services
according to customer requirements.
All container loading, inspection and customs declaration can be completed at our
cooperative port warehouse.
What is your bulk order production lead time？
Stock solid flatware: 3‒7 days for small bulk orders.
General bulk orders (no custom logo): 15‒20 working days after deposit confirmed.
Custom orders (logo engraving / custom color / custom package): 20‒25 working days.
Peak season (Sept‒Feb): Production time will be adjusted to 25‒30 working days.
We strictly follow the confirmed PI delivery time and provide production progress photos
during mass production
Do you support OEM / ODM customization？
Yes. We support custom laser logo, custom packaging box, custom color finish, custom
